Abstract
As part of a phase II study with the hypoxic cell radiosensitizer [for cancer radiotherapy], misonidazole, 2 cases of dermatitis were encountered. When all drugs were withdrawn and the patients were challenged with a small single dose of misonidazole, identical adverse reactions reappeared, demonstrating a drug-related skin hypersensitivity.This publication has 3 references indexed in Scilit:
