Abstract
We have measured the production of various prominent ionic species from carbon disulfide by photoionization using radiation in the energy region of the C 1s edge and of the S 2p edge. We find that the species which are produced by core excitation depend on the level which is excited and also on the mode of excitation. That is, the products from excitation of resonances are different from those produced by core ionization. Keywords
