Abstract
The spectrum of observed baryon levels with the same internal quantum numbers and the behavior of the form factors lead to the hypothesis that the group is the dynamical group of the baryon levels with fixed internal quantum numbers. Indeed, the form factors in this theory have the correct anomalous singularity, as well as the double-pole behavior. The equality of and is discussed.
