Abstract
A method is described for the determination of metal chelates on thin-layer chromatography plates using photoacoustic spectrometer. Nanogram amounts of Co, Cu, Fe and Ni can be determined up to (40–50) ng, respectively, with less than 5% of c.v. values. The detection limit is much improved by this method, e.g. 0.1 ng.This publication has 5 references indexed in Scilit:
