Abstract
A modified form for the surface-height-fluctuation correlation function of rough surfaces, (R)∝/ (/x)dx, is investigated which depicts behavior related to self-affine fractals for 0<H<1, and for H→0 with ≪R≪ξ reveals logarithmic behavior (R)∝ln(R/).
