Abstract
Myeloma variants fall into several classes with respect to immunoglobulin secretion, surface antigens, and leukemia virus group-specific antigens. Variants that do not synthesize immunoglobulin have greatly reduced amounts of histocompatibility antigen and Gross leukemia antigen and no detectable plasma-cell-specific antigen. Keywords
