Abstract
Inasmuch as exptl. studies on the production of allergic encephalomyelitis by intramusc. injn. of antigen revealed that the percentage of morbidity and mortality from the disease varied, being rather low in some reports, the authors suggest intraperit. route for injn. of the disease producing brain emulsion. The amt. of antigen was reduced; animals did not present any shock and did not develop rapid signs of peritonitis, but there was a higher percentage of morbidity and mortality. Keywords
