Abstract
A simple model of the effect of charge exchange processes on the steady-state ion current in a space-charge-limited ion diode is presented. The model is used to investigate the effect of charge exchange processes on ion diode impedance and virtual cathode motion. This publication has 15 references indexed in Scilit:
