Abstract
Clomiphene citrate 100 mg daily was used to treat 28 boys with pubertal gynecomastia. Six failed to complete the course and of those remaining, 14 (64%) responded within 6 mo. of commencement of therapy. Lutropin, follitropin, testosterone and estradiol levels rose during therapy. Clomiphene apparently affects gynecomastia locally as an anti-estrogen.This publication has 5 references indexed in Scilit:
