Abstract
Stability and inertness of bonded silica gel packings were examined from the retention behavior of acidic and basic compounds, and also metal sensitive compounds. Bonded silica gels made from pure silica gel were stable in acidic and basic solutions, and did not interfere with chromatography of chelate reagents in reversed-phase liquid chromatography. Keywords
