Abstract
A rapid, reliable method for detecting coronatine toxin produced by Pseudomonas syringae pv. glycinea employed antibodies raised to a bovine serum albumin-coronatine conjugate. The antiserum was used in an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay to detect coronatine in culture filtrates and partially purified toxin preparations. Keywords
