Abstract
G. andersoni De Winton has a wide coastal Mediterranean distribution from Israel westward to Tunis, Tunisia. Populations are restricted to sandy coastal regions. Discontinuous habitats have resulted in morphologically different populations that are recognized as subspecies as follows: G. andersoni allenbyi Thomas in Israel, G. a. andersoni De Winton in Egypt, G. a. eatoni Thomas, G. a. versicolor Ranck, and G. a. inflatus Ranck in Libya, and G. a. blanci ssp. nov. from Tunisia.This publication has 0 references indexed in Scilit:
