Abstract
A case of nonoperative renal stone extraction through a nephrostomy tract is described. The stone was removed with the aid of a newly constructed device. The advantage of this device over a Dormia stone basket is that it has a steerable tip, which facilitates trapping of the stone in the basket. Keywords
