Abstract
Two cases are reported in which Crohn’s disease predominantly involved the appendix. The roentgenographic findings were nonspecific, resembling those seen in appendiceal abscess or other mass lesions arising from the area. Pertinent clinical data, however, should lead one to consider this entity as a diagnostic possibility. Keywords
