Abstract
Use of 13% field bean-whey preparation instead of 10% dried skim milk in the PP-prestarter mixture, and as an increase of this preparation content in milk substitutive mixtures for piglets weaned after 14 days, did not have any significant effect upon daily increments, body mass and utilization of feeds by piglets. The field bean-whey preparation was a valuable component for milk substitutive mixtures for piglets.
