Abstract
The occurrence of identical laryngeal cancers in two nontwin sibling pairs is reported for the first time. To understand the relative importance of genetic and environmental factors in the etiology of laryngeal cancer, the evidence in the literature for the development of identical cancers in genetically unrelated and related pairs sharing the same environments was examined. Keywords
