The possibility and necessity for a series of statistics, in which a state may at most by occupied with n particles, are discussed and the corresponding distribution function and the formulas for second quantization and their Hermit conjugate relations, where Xα denotes the annihilation operator and its conjugate X*α the creation operator, are establishied.
