Abstract
This report provides scientists working on gas geochemistry with some elements that are necessary in their activity, such as gas solubility values and the equilibrium constants of some basic reactions. The major difficulty encountered in this research was to select the most reliable data from publications that are widely distributed. The equilibrium constants are, it must be noted, expressed as functions of temperature, calculated in part from free energy data. Many data on Henry's law constants were extrapolated from values calculated at high pressures. Keywords
