Spin Arrangement in the Pyrite, MnTe2

An inconsistency between Mössbauer and neutron-diffraction measurements on Mn${\mathrm{Te}}_2$ is resolved. A new generalization of magnetic ordering of the first kind preserves the characteristic neighbor relationships of that scheme and at the same time accounts for the Mössbauer results.
