Abstract
Summary: Cortical venous thrombosis (CVT) without concomitant dural sinus thrombosis is an uncommon disorder. Isolated CVT usually manifests on imaging studies as focal parenchymal hemorrhage or edema. We report three cases of isolated CVT that presented with unilateral, localized subarachnoid hemorrhage without parenchymal involvement. Keywords
