Abstract
Of 17 soft tissue sarcomas, 16 were controlled by limited resection combined with high-dose radiation therapy using brachytherapy with or without supplementary cobalt teletherapy. Function was retained with preservation of the limb in all lesions in extremities. Adjuvant chemotherapy was used in 4 of 5 pathological grade III cases. This publication has 11 references indexed in Scilit:
