Abstract
For pt. I see ibid., vol.6, 862 of 1973. The study of the excitation function of the E state vibrational levels shows a strong threshold excitation, several bumps and extra structure. An angular analysis of these phenomena leads to the determination of the configuration and symmetry of four transient N2- states. Keywords
