Abstract
A DNA probe (Y-190) is described that specifically hybridizes with repeated DNA sequences in the short arm of the human Y chromosome. The suitability of Y-190 to detect Y-derived DNA is shown in two patients with a 45,X/46,X+marker earyotype and in a third patient previously described as having a 45,X karyotype. Keywords
