Abstract
An attempt is made to fix the Triassic-Jurassic boundary at the classic locality of St Audries Bay, Somerset by reference to biostratigraphy in conjunction with lithostratigraphy, utilizing comparison with the more fully marine sequence of the Kendelbach gorge in Austria. The boundary is placed at the base of the Blue Lias Formation. This publication has 8 references indexed in Scilit:
