Abstract
Mean rubber concentration of 3-year-old guayule (Parthenium argentatum Gray) ranged from 7.37% to 9.72% among 8 cultivars. Resin concentration ranged from 4.48% to 6.69%. All cultivars were homogeneous for rubber and resin concentration, except N565. Rubber concentration was highly correlated with resin concentration.
