Quinine Poisoning

Abstract
THE recent occurrence of 2 cases of acute quinine intoxication, 1 of which was fatal, has prompted us to look into the current concepts of the mode of action of the drug and methods of treatment of the poisoned patient.1 , 2 Case ReportTwo male children, 3 and 5 years of age, were taken to the hospital by police car from their home in suburban Montreal.
