Abstract
We suggest a general many-body perturbation theory for the ground state as well as for low-lying excited and charge-transfer intermolecular interactions. In this theory the interactions energies are expressed by the Rayleigh-Schrödinger perturbation formulas, where each individual contribution can be interpreted by a slightly modified Hugenholtz diagrammatic technique. Keywords
