Abstract
Thin film of YBa2Cu3O7-x superconductor was formed by a spray pyrolysis method. The temperature dependence of resistance showed the T c-onset at 95 K and T c-zero at 83 K with the film on a cubic zirconia single-crystal surface. The X-ray diffraction pattern showed that the structure of the film was pure orthorhombic phase. It was also shown that the oriented film with its c axis perpendicular to the surface was formed with this conventional spray method by controlling the heat-treatment conditions. Keywords
