Abstract
A micro-method for the estimation of the several known forms of S in blood and urine is descr. Quantities of S of 5 [mu]g. can be estimated with an error of 3%. Interfering sub-stances are precipitated with aluminum, the sulphates with benzidine and the latter is estimated colorimetrically or photometrically by the reduction of phosphotungstomolyb-dic acid. Substances other than phosphates interfere in the usual methods of S detn. with benzidine. This publication has 4 references indexed in Scilit:
