Abstract
A case report is presented of penetrating orbital trauma in the driver of a motor vehicle which collided with a kangaroo. A tooth fragment from the kangaroo traversed the orbit, lodging intracranially. Management of the case is described and appropriate choice of antibiotic regime discussed.Keywords
