Treatment of arteriovenous malformation by endarterial electrocoagulation

Abstract

The successful treatment of an arteriovenous malformation in the parotid region is described. Endarterial electrocoagulation was used and damage to the facial nerve was avoided. The possible use of this method in other situations is discussed.
