Abstract
Ground decalcified human tooth dentine suspended in agar was subjected to the action of collagenases of these Glostridia by the plate cup method and potency compared with those obtained from muscle collagen prepns. The potency of specific antisera to neutralize the enzymes was detd. and different antigens shown to vary in their effectiveness. Keywords
