Abstract
Blood Pb was measured in 2 adult male populations who were submitted to different environmental Pb exposures. Their differential variations in mean blood Pb vs. age result from the difference between the external Pb concentrations. It is inferred that a homeostasis phenomena plays a significant role and that the blood compartment is unable to adapt to some extent to a high environmental Pb exposure. This publication has 0 references indexed in Scilit:
