Abstract
A simple laboratory method for making partially reflecting mirrors of high efficiency is provided by fuming titanium tetrachloride onto glass. The reaction of the tetrachloride with atmospheric water vapor allows a thin coating of titanium dioxide to deposit on hot glass.Keywords
