Abstract
We have studied the nature of the eigenstates on a Fibonacci chain. A careful study of the averaged density of states reveals a highly structured density. We have also studied the eigenfunctions at the band center and find that the charge density as well as a quantity related to the entropy of the eigenfunctions possess the same fractal dimension. Keywords
