Abstract
Systemic chemotherapy as a mode of therapy in metastatic malignant thymoma has never been systematically evaluated. Chemotherapeutic agents, including doxorubicin, cyclophosphamide, cis-platinum, nitrogen mustard, prednisone or combination of agents like MOPP have produced tumor remission. A case report of complete remission of malignant thymoma in which the combination of cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin and cis-platinum (CAP) was used is reported. This publication has 18 references indexed in Scilit:
