Abstract
Barium Indium Niobate and Barium Indium Tantalate are both shown to be ferroelectric and to possess phase transitions above room temperature. The electrical properties and long-range order parameters are investigated. The ability to change the degree of long-range order is demonstrated for BIT.Keywords
