Limnological Observations on Doe Valley Lake, Meade County, Kentucky, During Impoundment

Abstract
A metalimnetic oxygen pulse (maximum of 210% of saturation), apparently caused by Oscillatoria agardhi, was studied on Aug. 4, 1961, but was absent on Sept. 26, 1961. Other limnological characteristics of the filling impoundment are briefly discussed.
