Abstract
Journal of Gerontological Nursing | The population of the United States is aging rapidly; interventions that may prevent falls and fractures, common to the elderly, are increasing important. Tai Chi is one possible intervention. The therapeutic effects of Tai Chi for the elderly have been a part of several recent reports. Clinicians have reported that Tai Chi has myriad physical and psychological therapeutic effects. (Jin, 1992;This publication has 20 references indexed in Scilit:
