Abstract
Transition temperatures, both principal relaxation times and respective activation enargies have been found for the first five members of the pentylphenyl - alkoxythiobenzoate homologous series. It has been found that the transition temperatures exhibit a weakly descanding odd-even effect whereas all dynamic quantities increases almost continuously with the number of carbon atoms in the alkoxy chain. Keywords
