Abstract
A total of 26 morphological and colour mutants ofTrichoderma viride were characterized. They were divided into three groups based on morphology, pigmentation, growth rates and intensity of conidiation. Complementation analysis of colour mutants and mutants with disturbances in conidiation showed that after anastomosis and protoplast fusion only heterokaryotes are formed while no nuclear migration and diploidization takes place. Keywords
