Abstract
An interesting field for investigation and experiment is provided by the conditions formerly known as Little's disease or spastic diplegia, or hemiplegia, or spasticity with athetosis. One hundred years ago Little studied cases of types now grouped under the common term “cerebral palsy.” His conclusions justified attempts at rehabilitation rather than surgical intervention. Keywords
