Abstract
An improved method for detection of Myxosoma cerebralis spores is described. Spores were freed from skeletal tissue by trypsin digestion and ether was used for purification of spore suspension. As compared to mechanical grinding, this procedure resulted in a sixfold increase in observable spores.Keywords
