Abstract
Celiprolol enantiomers were resolved without any derivatization using a high performance liquid chromatographic system on a cellulose tris-3, 5-dimethylphenyl carbamate column (CHIRALCEL-OD). Maximum stereochemical resolution (R) obtained with symmetrical peaks was 2.94. The effects of 2-propanol and diethylamine content in mobile phas'e, and effect of temperature on capacity factor (k), stereochemical separation factor (α) and stereochemical resolution factor (R) are demonstrated. Keywords
