Abstract

In order to test the differences in values between managers and OD consul tants, the Management Values Inventory (MVI) was administered to sam ples of each group. The results revealed that the differences between the two groups were modest, even when statistically signficiant. The often-stated differences between these groups were not present on the MVI.
