Abstract
The Coulomb excitation of the rotational state of a deformed nucleus can proceed by both double and single transitions. The excitation cross section also contains a term corresponding to the interference between the two. The Coulomb excitation of with projectiles has been carefully measured and the results were analyzed with a computer program including terms. Best fits were obtained for .
