Abstract
Aromatic and conjugated aldehydes were converted to nitriles by nickel-catalyzed oxidation in the presence of aqueous ammonia with K2S2O8 under the basic aqueous conditions. This reaction could be applied to alcohols as the starting materials.This publication has 3 references indexed in Scilit:
