Abstract
Blood: Vitreous Humor Alcohol distribution ratios were calculated for 43 pairs. A precise correlation is required for estimating a blood alcohol concentration (BAC) when blood is not available or is unsuitable for analysis. A precise correlation between blood and vitreous humor alcohol levels during the elimination phase of the blood alcohol curve is suggested. In the absorption phase, lagging behind of the vitreous humor alcohol concentration (VHAC) results in a wider range of the distribution ratio. Keywords
