Abstract
4H-Imidazolin-4-ones 3 and 4 were synthesized respectively by base catalytic reactions of 4-methylthiophenol or phenthiol with carbodiimides 2 , which were obtained via aza-Wittig reaction of iminophosphorane 1 with aromatic isocyanates. 3 and 4 exhibited good fungicidal activity against Pellicularia sasakii. Keywords
