Abstract
Absolute differential and total (integrated) cross sections for the (,) reaction at proton energies between ∼0.14 and 3 MeV are presented, and compared with previous measurements. The results comprise a consistent set of data over much of the energy range of interest to a number of applications. Thermonuclear reaction rate parameters and astrophysical factors are calculated. The measured angular distributions are compared to predictions of a preliminary -matrix analysis based on the nuclear properties of energy levels in the mass-7 system.
